Shama Sikander said, “A lot has changed in the industry and it is a good thing. New producers are professionals and they respect you. They don’t have a notion of ‘sex’ for work. There was a time when the makers asked me to do friendship. I thought how can we be friends if we don’t work together. The only concept of all these things was that sexual favors are being demanded from you in return for work.
