Filmfare OTT Awards 2021: Vaibhav Raj Gupta, Jameel Khan, Geetanjali Kulkarni and Sunita Rajwar starrer ‘Gullak 2’ was seen at the Filmfare OTT Awards 2021. The show won 5 big awards one after the other.
Filmfare OTT Awards 2021: TVF has once again won the Filmfare OTT Awards 2021. TVF comedy series this yearpiggy bank 2 (Gullak 2)’ has won five awards. While Vaibhav Raj Gupta has received the Best Supporting Actor (Male) award, Geetanjali Kulkarni has been awarded the Best Actress award. Expressing his happiness on winning the award, Vaibhav Raj Gupta said, “I started my career in TVF in 2013, which is still going on and it is like my family.” Not only this, Vaibhav also thanked Arunabh Kumar, Founder, TVF and Palash Vaswani, the director of Gullak.
On winning the award, Geetanjali Kulkarni said, “Thank you Filmfare. Thanks to the entire team of TVF Arunabh Kumar, Shreyansh Pandey, Palash Vaswani and Durgesh Singh.” Apart from this, Jameel Khan has received the Best Actor, Sunita Rajwar has received the Best Supporting Actress award. Series director Palash Vaswani said, “Gratitude and only gratitude. Thank you Arunabh Kumar sir for guiding us all at TVF.”
Sunita Rajwar said, “Some memorable moments stored in the piggy bank of stories forever.” Jameel Khan said, “I want to thank all the people who helped me become the actor I am today.” Let us tell you that TVF remains a favorite of the audience these days with its great shows. The ‘Panchayat’ series won the Best Comedy Series award at the 2020 Filmfare OTT Awards.
Apart from this, actor Prateek Gandhi’s performance at the Filmfare OTT Awards also remained intact. Prateek Gandhi starrer series ‘Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story’ also won many awards.
Let us inform that in the series Gullak, actors Harsh Mayar, Jameel Khan, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Sunita Rajwar, Deepak Kumar Mishra and Shivankit Singh Parihar were seen playing the lead roles along with Vaibhav Raj Gupta. This series became very popular among the people.
