Ponniyin Selvan Movie Review: Most awaited film starring Chiyan Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha Krishnan and Karthi. ‘Ponniyin Selvan (Ponniyin Selvan)’ has finally released in theatres. There was a lot of buzz about this film and the audience was waiting for ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ for a long time. Looking at the advance booking of the film, it is being speculated that this film directed by Mani Ratnam will prove to be a blockbuster at the box office. Story of ‘Ponniyin Selvan’
The story of the film begins when the head of the Chola dynasty, Aditya Karikalan (Vikram) enter the battlefield to defeat your opponents and conquer the dynasty. Vallavaraiya Vandeduvadu (Karthi) is sent to Thanjavur to deliver a message to Sundar Chola (Prakash Raj) and Kundavai (Trisha). Vallavaraiya is on a mission to find out what is happening to the Chola dynasty.
In the film, Aishwarya Rai is playing the role of ‘Nandini’ i.e. the queen of Pazuvoor and wife of Periya Pazuvetrayar. Aditya Karikalan is in love with Nandini. Nandini has a master plan and a lot of things going on in her mind. Now Vallavaraiah has to find out what is going on in Nandini’s mind and what is her plan against the Chola dynasty. Also, it’s time for Aditya Karikalan and Arunmozhali (Jayam Ravi) to save their lineage.
Let us tell you that ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is a five-part historical series based on the life of Arulmozhi Varman. Arulmozhi Varman later became Rajaraja Chola, the emperor of the Chola dynasty. Be it Aishwarya or Chiyan Vikram in the film, every actor has won the hearts of the fans with his tremendous performance. But the real hero of the film is ‘Karthi’.
